The club traces its roots back to 1878, with a small group of swim enthusiasts who trained in local rivers and public baths. A lot has changed since then, but our passion for swimming and community spirit has stayed the same.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>Today, BASC is a friendly, welcoming club where swimmers of all ages and abilities can learn, grow, and have fun in the water. Whether it&rsquo;s helping younger members learn how to swim or supporting competitive swimmers on their journey to regional and national levels, we&rsquo;re here for everyone.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>We&rsquo;re proud of our long history and the amazing swimmers, coaches, and volunteers who&rsquo;ve been part of the journey over the years.
