Our BASC Coaching team is headed up by Paige Colling and Chris Pickering who both have a wealth of experience as competitive swimmers and coaches and hold the Level 2 Swim Coach qualification.
Paige Colling
Paige joined BASC as a swimmer when she moved to Burton in 2017. She is on the committee and organise the yearly Bridge to Bridge fundraising event. Paige is a Level 2 Swim Coach and you will mainly see her poolside coaching stages 6 and 7s. If you are interested in coaching, helping poolside or volunteering in any way please speak to Paige.
Chris Pickering
Chris joined BASC as a parent and a masters swimmer and has represented GB at masters swimming championships. Chris is a Level 2 swim coach and you will mainly see him coaching stage 10s and the senior squad. If you are interested in joining our masters squad or our senior swim squad, Chris is the man to speak too.
Adam Lewis - Adam is a Level 2 qualified swim teacher and you will mainly see him taking our Stages 4s and 5s in the teaching pool
Mary Bonner - Mary has a wealth of experience and is a swimmer and open water swimmer. You will mainly see Mary taking our stage 8 swimmers.
Amy Harvey - Amy is an experienced swim teaching, and takes our stage 9 swimmers.
