With the support of New Anglia Growth Trust working on behalf of the Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk, we have been able to increase our homegrown coaching team of Level 1 Assistant Coaches and L2 Coaches over the last year, by securing and benefiting from funding via West Norfolk Training Grants.
The scheme has been developed to help small businesses upskill their employees, improve employee engagement, resilience, and productivity, and to support staff retention.
With grants up £3,000 per business available, with the funding covering a maximum of 75% of the total cost of the training.
I would encourage any/all small businesses to reach out and see whether similar funding might be available to them.
