The National Winter Championships take place at Ponds Forge, Sheffield this weekend.
Freddie Laws, Nathan Wells, Sam Rose and Sam Peck will Race over the four days of competition.
Heat sessions run from 9:00am in the mornings and finals from 4:30pm.
Unlike the Summer Championships which have age group specific finals, the Winter Champs have just Youth and Open ones.

09:00 – Nathan Wells 200m IM. Heat 5, Lane 3
09:47 – Freddie Laws 100m breaststroke. Heat 3, Lane 0
10:33 – Nathan Wells 400m freestyle. Heat 5, Lane 3
