They’re here and they fit! (which was never in doubt…..ahem)
After lots and lots of research and enquiry and the largest capital spend by the club for a very long time, our new Adjustable track style blocks arrives at Alive St James during the week.
Last night Paul S, Stuart B and Barry W put them in place and the squads P1, 2, 3 and DP who were training tested them out……..and they got a universal thumbs up.
Until now our swimmers come across these type of blocks at most competitions, but haven’t had the opportunity to train with them.
Becoming familiar with this type of block in training will give us an edge in competition……..and they look great too.
